This class is an immersion to bring fluidity in the hip joints. Given that the ligaments that hold the hip into place are the strongest in the body, bringing ease of motion into this primary load bearing joint is challenging. We will review the strong musculature and ligaments that hold the hip into place and address sciatic pain. We will focus on external hip rotation, but also take the hip into internal rotation, flexion and extension.

**This class has been approved by American Council on Exercise (ACE) for CECs.**
