Awaken and deepen our relationship to the sacred feminine, Shakti— as the source of women's vital energy and creative power, and come to a deeper understanding of who we are as embodiments of the divine feminine in human form. Based on the insights and inner practices from yoga and tantra, we will embody the Goddess with specific mudras, meditation, asanas, mantras, and prayers to awaken the creativity, abundance and wisdom inherent in women’s bodies, hearts and lives. There will be Women’s circles, central channel meditations, Prana Namaskars, sacred movement, asana, mudra, mantra, lectures and discussion—all in the service of awakening the creativity, natural abundance and wisdom inherent in women’s bodies, hearts and lives.
