Let’s do a strong flow that is appropriate for everyone and yet is a perfect sequence for preparing for deep backbends. The sequence will target the major areas that tend to restrict backbends, as it moves seamlessly to create evenness and ease. This class will be a good tool for cracking through some of our fears of vulnerability and isolation. Be there.
