Join Richard Miller as he shares a rarely taught form of yoga drawn from the teachings of Nondual Kashmir Yoga. This class entails an in-depth practice of gentle BodySensing hatha yoga asana, easeful BreathSensing pranayama, and guided meditation. This approach and practices are designed to reveal your essential nature that is undeniable, ever-present, spacious, perfect, complete and always whole, yet which so often goes unnoticed because of its simplicity. Here, fear, anxiety and suffering dissolve, and you discover unchanging, unshakable peace that is always present, no matter your circumstance, throughout all changing states of mind, body and emotions. Discussion and medtiation.

**This class has been approved by American Council on Exercise (ACE) for CECs.**
