This comprehensive vinyasa practice explores both ends of the movement continuum by including strong, precise vinyasa flow and seated meditation. In this workshop, you’ll experience the best elements of power yoga, anatomical precision and mindfulness practices. You’ll strengthen your shoulders, arms and core; create more freedom and ease in your hips, spine and shoulders; and, learn the essential components of seated meditation in clear, accessible language. You can expect at least 90 minutes of a full, intelligently sequenced vinyasa practice and 20 minutes of seated meditation. Asana and meditation.
