Many students struggle with arm-balances and inversions because they don’t understand their anatomy and haven’t been adequately prepared in their sequence. This practice will break down the anatomy of key arm-balances and teach you a creative, impactful sequence to access these postures. In this workshop, you will refine your understanding of the classical, essential arm-balances and inversions—and set the stage for creative variations. You’ll Learn what preparations make arm-balances and inversions accessible. And, you’ll receive fully-illustrated home practice sequences for Handstand, Forearm Balance, Bakasana, Side-Bakasana, and Firefly. Mostly asana.
