Chanting 101                                                                            AVAILABLE

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity seats available

Explore the devotional practice of chanting in its most accessible form. We'll look at the practice of chanting not as something that we perform but as a practice of awakening our hearts and remembering our deepest nature, which at the core is radiant light. We'll unpack the seemingly complex sounds and see how they can become powerful tools to know oneself and therefore all beings more intimately. Chanting practice. No asana.

**This class has been approved by American Council on Exercise (ACE) for CECs.**
