A unique opportunity to experience some of the main breathing exercises, be exposed to the theory surrounding their usage and learn about sequencing them for regular practice and / or for use in teaching. Pranayama is the fourth limb of practice, but is not always represented in the yoga world of today as one of the main practices. Learn why it should be from living yoga master Sri Dharma Mittra and come to understand how Pranayama can bring the mind almost to silence and help us as a practice to cultivate inner peace.
