Charging Practice represents the latest expression of an Asana-centric practicum born of 50 years of intense and constant practice of yoga. Sri Dharma Mittra continues to refine and supercharge the traditional yoga he received from his guru to make it as relevant and efficient as possible. Session to include vigorous and longer held yoga postures and sequences, mantra, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra.

**This class has been approved by American Council on Exercise (ACE) for CECs.**
