Yoga (Flow). Vinyasa-based Yoga has become increasingly popular in recent years. The origins of vinyasa may be traced back to the Ashtanga system. David has been practicing and teaching this method for over 40 years. Through his insights, explorations and observations he has developed a very unique, and user-friendly way of presenting the dynamics of vinyasa. Through partner work, sharing and practice, participants will gain greater ability to flow freely and enjoy the powerful tapestry of movement and breath that form the foundation and freedom of vinyasa flow.
