Need an attitude adjustment? It goes without saying that yoga itself, no matter what kind you do, helps with your attitude - but there are definitely some poses that are inherently more mood enhancing than others. Give yourself a healthy dose of heart opening, shoulder yumminess, inversions, side bends, counter poses and a relaxing restorative savasana and leave with tools to shift your state when you need it most. Mostly asana.
This class will be assisted by experienced yoga teachers who have trained intimately with Amy, so expect ample hands on adjustments (if you’d like them)!
